Amends Public Authorities Law by adding Section 1266-l to establish light duty provisions for pregnant employees of commuter rail services owned or operated by the authority or its subsidiary.

Requires employers to offer light duty work to pregnant employees who cannot perform regular assigned duties but are medically able to perform specified light duty work, as determined by their medical provider.

Mandates that employees on light duty maintain full concurrent assignment earnings, including wage increases and fringe benefits they would have received if performing regular duties.

Preserves all existing employee rights, privileges, and remedies under collective bargaining agreements or employment contracts.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
