Allows crematories in any New York county to provide emergency transportation and disposition assistance during state or county disaster emergencies declared by executive order.

Permits crematories to transport human remains from affected areas to other crematories with available capacity when local crematories are inoperable or lack sufficient capacity.

Requires transportation and disposition of human remains to be conducted only by agents of regulated crematories and accompanied by a cremation permit under Public Health Law Section 4145.

Mandates a fully executed cremation authorization form accompany human remains to ensure proper identification and return of cremated remains to the authorizing individual.

Clarifies that no crematory is required to provide emergency transportation or additional resources if unable to do so.
