Authorizes Nassau County to lease Lot 9 (formerly Lots 1, 2, 7, and 8) at Silver Point, Atlantic Beach for fair market value for an initial period not exceeding twenty years, renewable for an additional ten years.

Extends authorization to cover any existing lease or permit for the subject premises in effect up to and including January 1, 2022, after which the county may lease the premises for an additional period not to exceed twenty years.

Requires leased lands to remain on assessment rolls and be subject to real property taxes and assessments, with tenant or permittee payment of all taxes a condition of occupancy rights.

Mandates that all revenue received from leases or permits be placed in a dedicated account used exclusively for park acquisition, capital improvements to existing parks, or financing of additional parklands.

Requires a copy of the lease or permit be filed with the Nassau County clerk within ten days of execution, and provides that any breach of public recreational use purposes results in immediate reversion of the leasehold to the county.
