Authorizes the Village of Mineola in Nassau County to discontinue and alienate 8,852 square feet (0.2032 acres) of parkland located at Part of Lot 9 in Block 671, Section 9 for construction of water treatment facilities.

Requires the Village of Mineola to acquire and dedicate replacement parkland of equal or greater fair market value before discontinuing the original parkland, specifically 21,222 square feet (0.4872 acres) located at part of Lot 225 in Block 1, Section 9.

If replacement parkland is insufficient in value, the Village must dedicate the difference in fair market value toward acquiring additional parklands or funding capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities.

Requires compliance with all federal requirements and Secretary of the Interior conditions if the Village received any federal funding support for the original parklands being alienated.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
