Adds a new subparagraph (xviii) to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law authorizing retail liquor licenses for real property in Montauk, Town of East Hampton, County of Suffolk, with specific property boundaries described.

Allows retail licensees with interests in alcoholic beverage manufacturers or wholesalers to acquire such interests prior to the effective date of this chapter (2022).

Restricts retail licensees from directly purchasing alcoholic beverages from manufacturers or wholesalers in which they hold an interest.

Limits alcoholic beverages produced by manufacturers in which a retail licensee holds an interest to no more than 15 percent of the annual dollar value of all beverages purchased for sale on the premises.

Amends the existing subparagraph (xvii) regarding Manhattan properties to clarify the effective date of restrictions on manufacturer and wholesaler interests, with this amendment to be repealed upon repeal of subparagraph (xvii).
