Amends Chapter 317 of the Laws of 2020 to extend the sunset provision of the real property tax exemption task force from two years to four years after the effective date.

The task force will still expire upon delivery of its required report under section five, whichever occurs first between the four-year period or report completion.

Requires the real property tax exemption task force to notify the legislative bill drafting commission upon delivery of the report to maintain an accurate database of New York State laws.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
