Amends the not-for-profit corporation law to exempt the Bushnell's Basin Fire Department in the town of Perinton, Monroe county from the 45 percent limit on non-resident members.

Adds the Bushnell's Basin Fire Department to an existing list of fire departments that are already exempt from the 45 percent non-resident membership restriction.

Non-resident members of the exempted fire department retain all powers, duties, immunities, and privileges of resident volunteer members.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
