Amends the not-for-profit corporation law to exempt the Salina Consolidated Fire District #2 in the town of Salina, Onondaga county from the 45 percent limit on non-resident volunteer members.

Adds the Salina Consolidated Fire District #2 to an existing list of fire departments and companies already exempted from the non-resident membership cap, which includes nine other fire organizations across New York.

Non-resident members of the exempted fire district may be elected or appointed to any office and have the same powers, duties, and privileges as resident volunteer members.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
