Amends Labor Law Section 196-b to require all employers of one or more domestic workers to provide paid sick leave, regardless of total employee count.

Domestic worker employers must provide up to 40 hours of paid sick leave annually, consistent with the requirement for employers with 5-99 employees.

Defines "domestic worker" by reference to the definition in Labor Law Section 2, Subdivision 16.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
