Increases the monthly limit for loss of earnings from work from $2,000 to $3,000 per month for up to three years following a motor vehicle accident.

Increases the daily limit for other reasonable and necessary expenses from $25 to $50 per day for up to one year following an accident.

Expands the definition of covered "other expenses" to explicitly include medical transportation, non-medical transportation, pet care services, house cleaning services, laundry services, and food preparation and delivery services.

Establishes that certification from a treating physician that a claimant was disabled from work constitutes prima facie proof that an expense was reasonable and necessary.

Clarifies that the 20 percent deduction from lost earnings does not count toward the $50,000 basic economic loss limit per person.
