Continues all three beneficiaries' death benefits under NYC Administrative Code Section 13-244 and General Municipal Law Section 208-f until the youngest dependent ages out of eligibility (age 18 or 23 if a full-time student).

Increases total annual death benefit payout from $172,200 to approximately $229,600 per year during the period until the youngest beneficiary ages out.

Estimated fiscal impact of approximately $462,700 in present value to the NYC Police Pension Fund, with increased employer contributions reflected beginning in Fiscal Year 2024.
