Authorizes the town of Brookhaven assessor to accept a late tax exemption application from Al-Muneer Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 assessment rolls.

Applies to the property at 72 Neighborhood Road in Mastic Beach (district 0200, section 979.10, block 09.00, lot 017.000).

Allows the assessor to treat the late application as if it were filed by the appropriate taxable status date, subject to approval by the Brookhaven town board.

Requires the assessor to verify the organization qualifies for exemption before granting it and authorizing corrections to the assessment rolls.

Mandates refund of any taxes, fines, or penalties paid for those assessment years if the exemption is granted, and cancellation of any remaining unpaid taxes.
