Adds a new parcel of land in Bay Shore, Suffolk County to authorized premises for a manufacturer licensee under alcoholic beverage control law.

Allows a retail licensee and brand owner in Manhattan (Parcel A) to designate a manufacturer licensee in Bay Shore as the owner of alcoholic beverage brands for purposes of brand label registration and price scheduling, notwithstanding standard licensing restrictions.

Adds multiple parcels (Parcels A through G) in Manhattan and Hudson to authorized premises for retail licensees, with restrictions that retail licensees may not purchase directly from affiliated manufacturers and may source no more than 15 percent of annual alcohol purchases from any such manufacturer.

Provides that the authorization for the newly added parcels expires and is repealed upon sale or transfer of the property, unless the licensee obtains a leasehold interest, in which case the authorization expires upon lease termination.

Requires the State Liquor Authority to notify the Legislative Bill Drafting Commission when licensees report sales, transfers, or lease terminations of the specified parcels so the agency can maintain accurate records of New York law.
