Enacts the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (Article 169) allowing eligible physicians to obtain expedited licenses in multiple member states by designating a state of principal license and meeting uniform eligibility requirements.

Establishes the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission to administer the compact, promulgate rules, coordinate investigations, and enforce disciplinary actions across member states.

Enacts the Nurse Licensure Compact (Article 170) enabling nurses to hold a multistate license issued by their home state that authorizes practice in all party states under a multistate licensure privilege.

Creates the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators to establish uniform rules, maintain a coordinated licensure information system, and coordinate adverse actions and investigations among party states.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment; the medical compact requires seven states and the nurse compact requires twenty-six states to become effective and binding.
