Increases sheriff fees for recovery of chattel services: from $75 to $100 for executing seizure against defendant's chattel, from $40 to $50 for additional defendants, and from $15 to $20 for serving additional copies and summons.

Increases sheriff fees for summary proceedings and sales services, including warrant of eviction execution fees from $75 to $150, and various service fees from $15 to $25; takes effect 30 days after enactment.
