Adopts the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact into New York law and establishes New York's entry into the compact with all other participating jurisdictions

Each compact becomes effective 90 days after the bill becomes law, with regulations authorized to be adopted prior to the effective date

Includes a severability clause ensuring that if any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the act continues in effect
