Adds "pregnancy outcome" as a protected class under New York's discrimination laws, defined as any actual, potential, or perceived result of a pregnancy including abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth, live delivery, or newborn death from in-utero causes.

Extends employment discrimination protections to cover pregnancy outcome in hiring, firing, compensation, terms and conditions of employment, and harassment by employers, employment agencies, and labor organizations.

Prohibits discrimination based on pregnancy outcome in education, public accommodations, housing, credit transactions, and commercial space rental or sale.

Bars discrimination in training programs, licensing, real estate transactions, and volunteer firefighter positions based on pregnancy outcome.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
