Dr. Koch is a board-certified plastic surgeon educated at SUNY Buffalo medical school with five years of general surgery residency at Millard Fillmore Hospital and specialized training at Medical College of Ohio in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery

Returned to Buffalo in 1986 to establish private practice and currently operates Amherst Cosmetic Surgery Center in Williamsville, New York

Member of multiple professional organizations including American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgery, and American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and has received recognition from various medical registries and guides

Legislative Body directs that a copy of the resolution be transmitted to Dr. Todd B. Koch MD
