Creates a seven-member Nassau County and Queens County Border Task Force to examine and investigate jurisdiction and boundary disputes between the counties.

Task force members appointed by the governor on recommendations from the temporary president of the senate, speaker of the assembly, minority leaders of both chambers, Nassau County executive, Queens Borough president, and superintendent of state police.

Task force authorized to conduct public hearings, request witness attendance and documents, and recommend legislation related to border issues.

State police required to provide data to the task force in formats consistent with the New York State Open Data Handbook standards.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the governor and legislative leaders no later than January 1, 2023, and automatically expires two years after enactment or upon report delivery, whichever occurs first.
