Prohibits manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and secondhand dealers from selling, leasing, or offering for sale infant walkers in New York State.

Restricts child care facilities from using or possessing infant walkers unless a medical professional determines use is medically necessary for a specific child.

Requires the Office of Children and Family Services, in consultation with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to notify child care facilities of the prohibition and provide plain-language notice to license applicants.

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctions against violations and imposes civil penalties of up to $500 per violation, with each sale constituting a separate violation.

Becomes effective ninety days after enactment, with rule-making authority granted to implement the law immediately upon passage.
