Allows restrictions on religious items only if they threaten public health or safety, hinder door operation, violate law, contain obscene content, or exceed 36 by 12 square inches in total size.

Prevents homeowners associations from limiting or prohibiting religious item displays on members' entry doors or doorframes.

Permits temporary removal of religious items during association maintenance or repair work on doors, with required individual notice to the member.

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law.
