Exempts New York City boards of elections from the requirement to publish general election notices twice in the two weeks preceding an election in two newspapers.

Exempts New York City boards of elections from the requirement to publish a list of all candidates for public office at least six days before an election.

Retains the requirement for New York City boards of elections to prominently display election information on their website and make it available to local governments and community organizations for publication online.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
