Amends Election Law Section 3-401 to require county boards of elections and the New York City Board of Elections to prepare reports detailing assignments of election inspectors and poll clerks.

Requires reports to specifically enumerate poll sites where election inspectors or poll clerks have not yet been assigned.

Requires reports to detail efforts made to date to fill vacant election inspector and poll clerk assignments.

Reports must be filed with the state board of elections no later than one month before the election at which these positions are to be assigned.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
