Updates the article heading from "Real Estate Brokers and Salesmen" to "Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons."

Applies gender-neutral language changes to all sections of the Real Property Law related to real estate broker and salesperson licensing, qualifications, conduct, and disciplinary provisions.

Takes effect immediately, with certain amendments to broker licensing requirements syncing with the effective dates of other 2021 real estate law changes.
