County boards of elections may establish one or more portable polling locations for early voting, with maximum numbers determined by the state board of elections based on population.

Portable polling locations must be designated no later than fourteen days before an election.

Location selection must maximize voter access by considering population density, travel time, proximity to other early voting sites, public transportation routes, commuter patterns, and other relevant factors.

Portable polling locations must operate for a minimum of three consecutive days.

Portable polling locations may not replace or reduce the number of regular early voting polling places required by existing law.
