Establishes corporate criminal liability for crimes involving worker death or injury by amending Penal Law § 20.20 to include such offenses as a basis for prosecuting corporations.

Authorizes courts to impose restitution or reparation exceeding standard amounts when a corporation is convicted of offenses involving worker death or injury under Penal Law § 60.27.

Sets mandatory corporate fines for felony convictions related to worker death or injury between $500,000 and $1,000,000, replacing the standard $10,000 felony fine.

Sets mandatory corporate fines for misdemeanor convictions related to worker death or injury between $300,000 and $500,000, replacing the standard $5,000 misdemeanor fine.

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law.
