State Board of Elections must establish and maintain a secure website or web portal allowing registered voters to track their absentee ballot application and ballot status for upcoming elections without requiring account creation

Website must display whether the voter's board of elections has received the absentee request, approved or rejected it (with rejection reasons), mailed the ballot, received the completed ballot, counted or rejected it (with rejection reasons), and information about ballot envelope cure deadlines and procedures

County boards of elections must transmit required data electronically to the State Board of Elections in a format and timeframe determined by the state board

Website shall only provide voters information about their own ballot and cannot be used to provide information about other voters' ballots

County boards of elections and the New York City Board of Elections may establish their own separate electronic absentee ballot tracking systems for their respective residents
