Directs the Department of State to conduct a study of all legislative studies completed over the past five years.

Study must examine the total costs of these studies, including expenses paid to people conducting them.

Study must identify how many studies failed to produce required reports, information, or other required products.

Study must analyze how many recommendations from these studies became bills, laws, rules, or regulations.

Department of State must submit findings report to the Governor, Senate Temporary President, and Assembly Speaker no later than one year after the act takes effect.
