Requires all municipal corporations in New York to maintain an official public website containing basic information including hours of operations, elected officials, and services provided.

Mandates websites include a privacy policy informing visitors what information is collected and how it is used.

Requires regular website updates with documents required by law, notice of elections and public meetings, meeting agendas and minutes, and current municipal codes or laws.

Amends existing law to require municipalities make financial reports, budgets, audit reports, and fiscal plans accessible on their official municipal website rather than just "to the extent practicable."

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law.
