Requires safety warning label stating "SAFETY WARNING: Drinking beverages with added sugar contributes to obesity, diabetes and tooth decay" on all sealed containers of sugar-sweetened beverages containing 75 or more calories per 12 fluid ounces.

Mandates warning labels on packaging for concentrates and multipacks, displayed in bold type on a contrasting background on the principal display panel.

Requires warning signs on vending machines, beverage dispensing machines, and at point-of-purchase locations (including menus) for unsealed beverages sold by businesses with three or more stores in New York under common control.

Exempts beverages that are 100% natural fruit or vegetable juice, dietary aids, infant formula, milk-based products, and alcoholic beverages from labeling requirements.

Authorizes the Attorney General and local officials to enforce the law through injunctions and civil penalties ranging from $50 to $500 per violation, with retailers exempt unless they are the manufacturer or packager or knowingly violated requirements.
