Amends paragraph (c) of subdivision 1 of section 262 of the agriculture and markets law to expand the definition of equipment costs eligible for improvement grants at farmers' markets.

Adds community supported agriculture markets to the list of food access points eligible for electronic benefit transfer (EBT) technology funding, alongside traditional farmers' markets.

Extends EBT technology access to non-traditional food access points located in food deserts throughout the state.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
