Adds new Labor Law Section 854 requiring the Department of Labor to publish statistical information about Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) certifications on its website.

Mandates disclosure of employer name, starting wage, target group, and position information for each WOTC certification approved under the federal Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act of 2015.

Requires the Department of Labor to make this information available within 90 days of the act's effective date and update it quarterly thereafter.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
