Amends election law to change voter registration application deadline from the twenty-fifth day before an election to the fifteenth day before an election for mailed applications with postal cancellation marks.

Changes the receipt deadline for mailed applications from the twentieth day before an election to the tenth day before an election.

Maintains the tenth-day deadline for applications delivered in person to boards of elections.

Applies to applications received by local boards of elections and federal election commission forms received by the state board of elections.

Takes effect January 1, 2023.
