Permits voters to photograph and post on social media their own ballot and themselves at any stage of voting, including in privacy booths or at ballot scanners, provided photos do not show other voters or reveal contents of other ballots.

Modifies election law to prohibit soliciting voters to show their prepared ballot to reveal its contents, changing language from "shows his ballot" to "solicits a voter to show their ballot."

Allows voters to place marks on their own ballot for identification purposes only as permitted under the new photography provisions, removing prior blanket prohibitions on ballot marking.

Establishes that forcing an individual to photograph and/or post their own ballot or themselves while voting is a misdemeanor offense.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
