Requires reporting on poll worker training attendance, interpreter deployment by language, polling place accessibility waivers, and voting equipment scanner repairs and replacements.

Mandates reports include voter registration application data sorted by party and source (DMV, CUNY, etc.), website usage metrics, and complaint data regarding poll worker conduct including investigation outcomes.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
