Creates a 17-member interagency coordinating committee for streamlined services for the aging, chaired by the director of the state office for the aging, with representation from 11 state agencies and 6 appointments from aging nonprofits, organizations, and service providers.

Directs the committee to develop a statewide survey identifying gaps and barriers to services for elderly in areas including mental health, transportation, public health, and housing.

Requires the committee to develop a simplified senior application for need-based programs and an online application tool, along with regional-specific addendums in coordination with local offices for the aging.

Mandates the committee to develop a standard medical expense deduction worksheet, informational materials about available services, and recommendations for simplified certification procedures across programs.

Requires the committee to submit annual reports to the governor and legislative leaders beginning September 1, 2022, detailing activities, legislative recommendations, enrollment increases in needs-based programs, and proposed agenda for the following year; committee must meet at least quarterly.
