Mandates notice to senators and assembly members for pedestrian plaza designations, public utility permits valid for more than seven days, and filming permits issued by the mayor's office of media and entertainment.

Requires notification to senators and assembly members regarding sewer construction plans, brownfield site cleanups, and CUNY educational facility construction or property acquisitions in their districts.

Extends existing notice and consultation requirements across multiple city agencies to ensure state legislators can solicit constituent input and address community concerns about projects affecting their districts.
