Excludes unresolved criminal cases from criminal history record reports issued by the Division of Criminal Justice Services, with exceptions for law enforcement agencies, bona fide research, and internal recordkeeping purposes.

Defines "undisposed case" as a criminal action, proceeding, or arrest with no conviction, sentence, removal order, or final disposition recorded, and no entries made in records for at least five years before the report.

Requires the Office of Court Administration to ensure criminal history record reports contain no information about undisposed cases, except for internal recordkeeping, case management, or bona fide research purposes.

Does not permit release of sealed criminal history record information regardless of disposition status.

Takes effect 180 days after enactment; requires the Division of Criminal Justice Services to update records for cases with no final disposition reported prior to the effective date.
