Authorizes Stephen Ferraro (born October 29, 1980) and Stephen Porcello (born January 1, 1981) to take the competitive civil service examination for full-time police officer positions with the village of St. Johnsville in Montgomery County.

Allows both individuals, who have been continuously employed as part-time police officers by the village, to become eligible for placement on the eligible list for full-time police officer appointments based on their examination scores.

Exempts the individuals from section 58 of the civil service law and other conflicting provisions to permit their eligibility for the competitive examination.

Requires both individuals to remain subject to all merit and fitness provisions of the civil service law applicable to full-time police officers.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
