Prohibits municipal officers and employees (including volunteer firefighters) from displaying political advertisements on public buildings, flag poles, monuments, signs, and other permanent structures.

Extends the prohibition to uniforms, accessories, gear, municipally owned vehicles, volunteer fire company vehicles, and equipment owned by municipalities or fire departments.

Defines "political advertisement" as posters, signs, flags, banners, pictures, stickers, bumper stickers, clothing, accessories, or other items meant to promote an individual for political office.

Exempts political advertisements that appear in books, digital media, museums, or serve educational or historical purposes, as well as advertisements featuring deceased individuals.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
