Authorizes the Nassau County assessor to accept a late application from the Village of Upper Brookville for a real property tax exemption under Real Property Tax Law section 406 for the 2020-2021 assessment roll

Applies retroactively to a parcel located at 24 Wolver Hollow Road, Glen Head, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County (Section 24 Block C Lot 01440)

Exemption covers a portion of 2020-2021 school taxes and all 2021 general taxes if the Village would have qualified had the application been timely filed

Requires Nassau County Legislature approval before the assessor may grant the exemption and make corrections to tax rolls

Permits the applicable governing body or tax department to refund previously paid taxes and cancel any outstanding taxes, fines, penalties, liens, interest, or tax liens in its sole discretion
