Amends Section 2.10 of the Criminal Procedure Law to add a new subdivision designating uniformed court officers employed by the town of Ossining as peace officers

Peace officer designation applies only to uniformed court officers serving in the courts of the town of Ossining

Prohibits designated court officers from carrying, possessing, repairing or disposing of firearms unless they obtain the appropriate license pursuant to Penal Law Section 400.00

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
