Amends election law to allow boards or agencies controlling public school buildings designated as polling places to request cancellation of that designation within 30 days of notice.

Requires the board empowered to designate polling places to determine within 20 days whether using the school building as a polling place would unreasonably interfere with usual activities conducted in the building.

Removes the exemption that previously excluded public school buildings from the cancellation request process, making them subject to the same requirements as other publicly owned or leased buildings.

Maintains requirements that polling places in public school buildings must be in rooms suitable for voting, located close to a convenient entrance, and accessible to physically disabled voters.
