Grants Lori Cohen retroactive membership in the New York State Teachers' Retirement System with Tier II status effective July 1, 1975, her start date as a substitute teacher with Oceanside and Rockville Centre school districts.

Requires Cohen to file an application with the head of the New York State Teachers' Retirement System within one year of the act's effective date.

Recalculates Cohen's pension as a Tier II member with retroactive adjustments to all payments made since her retirement date of July 1, 2018, and refunds her Tier III member contributions and prior service payments.

Estimated fiscal cost of $235,000, to be borne by employers of New York State Teachers' Retirement System members.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
