Prohibits public school buildings from being designated as early polling locations under New York election law.

Amends section 8-600 of the election law to explicitly ban public schools from serving as early polling sites.

Amends section 4-104 to add language preventing boards or bodies that designate polling places from selecting public school buildings for early voting purposes.

Maintains existing requirements that public school buildings used as regular polling places must provide accessible rooms near convenient entrances for voters.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
