Removes time-of-day restrictions on photo speed violation monitoring systems in school speed zones, allowing operation whenever school speed limits are in effect or during other specified speed limit periods, instead of only weekdays 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Requires installation of signage with written notice stating "speed photo enforced" or substantially similar language at locations where photo speed violation monitoring systems are installed, with modifications to existing signs during regular maintenance.

Extends the expiration date of the school speed zone camera demonstration program from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2025.

Maintains the cap of no more than 750 school speed zones with photo speed violation monitoring systems operating at any one time in New York City.

Requires selection of school speed zones based on speed data, crash history, and roadway geometry, with prioritization based on speed data or crash history.
