Requires the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities to submit updated waitlist and placement reports to the Senate and Assembly beginning January 1, 2023, and every six months thereafter.

Reports must include statewide waitlist data broken down by each developmental disability services office geographic area, individual age, and caregiver age, categorized by placement type (certified out-of-home, supervised, supportive, non-certified residential, and waiver-funded home services).

Reports must detail placements made in the preceding six months for both waitlisted individuals and others, along with reasons for placements and information on individuals whose placements failed.

Reports must include cost data for placements, funding sources and appropriation balances, projected funding requirements for remaining waitlist individuals, and five-year projections of placement needs.

Reports must identify individuals currently in residential placements with inadequate living situations awaiting alternatives, including those aging out of child placements, and must include a plan for meeting out-of-home residential placement needs.
