Amends Election Law Section 6-134 to allow New York City voters to sign designating petitions for multiple candidates for the same municipal public office or party position without limit.

Current law restricts voters to signing petitions for only as many candidates as there are positions to be elected; this bill creates an exception for New York City municipal offices.

Changes pronoun language in existing statute from "his" to "their" for gender-neutral application.

Applies only to New York City elections across all five counties, with no numerical cap on the number of candidate designations a voter may sign.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
