Creates a new offense of "unsolicited disclosure of an intimate image" under Penal Law § 245.12, making it illegal to send intimate images by electronic device to another person with intent to harass, annoy, or alarm them without legitimate purpose.

Defines "intimate image" as photographs, films, videos, or other reproductions showing exposed genitals, pubic area, anus, or depicting sexual activity.

Classifies unsolicited disclosure of an intimate image as a violation under New York law.

Requires courts to impose sexual harassment prevention training approved by the Division of Human Rights as a condition of sentencing for convictions of this offense or attempted violations.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law.
