Amends Chapter 129 of the Laws of 2020 to expand the shared town justice arrangement from two towns (Mina and French Creek) to four towns (Sherman, Mina, French Creek, and Clymer) in Chautauqua County.

Authorizes the four towns to abolish their existing town justice positions and elect a single town justice to preside over the town courts of all four towns.

Requires that each town complete a study, hold a public hearing on findings, and adopt a joint resolution approving the consolidation plan prior to implementation.

Single elected town justice shall begin presiding over all four towns' courts following the next general election and shall serve the elected term.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
